RateXBuild is operated by Edges LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use RateXBuild.
Information entered into the calculator
RateXBuild is designed to operate primarily in your web browser. Information you enter into the pricing calculator, including customer names, business names, job information, pricing inputs, saved quotes, and invoice numbers, is stored locally in your browser using localStorage.
RateXBuild does not currently require an account and does not maintain a central database containing your saved quotes or calculator information.
Local browser storage
Saved quotes, business-name information, and invoice numbering may remain stored in your browser until you delete them, clear your browser data, or use a different browser or device.
Because this information is stored locally, Edges LLC generally cannot recover saved quotes or invoices if you delete your browser data or lose access to the device or browser where they were stored.
Hosting and technical information
RateXBuild is hosted using third-party infrastructure. Hosting providers may automatically process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, device information, request logs, and security data as necessary to provide and protect the service.
Third-party resources
RateXBuild may load resources such as web fonts or other technical assets from third-party providers. Those providers may receive standard technical information associated with your request, such as your IP address and browser information.
Analytics
RateXBuild does not currently use a dedicated user analytics or advertising tracking system. If analytics or similar services are added in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated as appropriate.
Payments
RateXBuild does not currently process payments through the website.
Children
RateXBuild is intended for business and professional use and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes to this policy
Edges LLC may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date shown at the top of this page will indicate when it was most recently revised.
